Overview

The project

Adaptive Analytix is a technology firm offering software engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and full stack development services. What started as a request for minor navigation tweaks quickly grew into something much bigger — a full site overhaul to match the company's expanded service offering and rebrand.

The client had recently evolved from a pure analytics consultancy into a broader technology services company under the name "Adaptive" — and their old website simply didn't reflect that anymore. It needed a complete rethink, not just a refresh.

Before & after

From dated to sharp

The original site was built with copy in mind — not design. It communicated what the company did, but didn't look like a firm that could deliver enterprise-grade software and AI solutions. The new design is dark, modern, and confident — built to match the caliber of their work.

Before
After
The challenge

A lot of services, one clear story

Adaptive's biggest challenge wasn't the design — it was the complexity of their service offering. With multiple service categories spanning software engineering, DevOps, AI, and cloud infrastructure, the risk of overwhelming visitors with information was real.

Every service needed to feel distinct and browsable — without making the page feel like a wall of text. The goal was clarity at scale: lots of information, zero overwhelm.

On top of that, the rebrand from "Adaptive Analytix" to simply "Adaptive" meant aligning the new visual identity across every page — from the homepage hero down to individual case study templates — while keeping the existing brand equity intact.

The approach

A full rebuild, every page

Rather than patching the existing site, I rebuilt everything from scratch in Webflow using the Client-First framework. This gave the project a clean foundation — organized class naming, maintainable structure, and a codebase the client could build on long term.

The pages I built covered the full site — not just the homepage. Every section of the business now has a dedicated, well-structured page.

Technical highlights

Built for scale and clarity

The technical choices on this project were driven by one goal — making a complex service offering feel clear and easy to navigate, without sacrificing design quality.

GSAP animations

Subtle entrance animations and scroll-triggered reveals that add polish without distracting from the content.

Finsweet CMS filters

Filterable case studies and services by category letting visitors browse exactly what's relevant to them without extra pages

Webflow CMS

Both services and case studies are fully CMS-powered — the client can add, edit, and manage content without touching the designer.

Custom CSS interactions

Bespoke hover states on service cards and navigation elements — adding depth and interactivity through pure CSS.

The result

A digital presence that matches the work

The client was happy with the direction from the very start. What began as a request for minor tweaks became a complete digital transformation — a website that finally reflects the ambition, expertise, and expanded scope of the Adaptive brand.

Every page is now organized, CMS-powered, and built on a clean Client-First codebase — so the client can manage their own content and the site can grow as the business grows.
